بتصفيق حار. وغنت هيفاء باقة من أجمل أغانيها القديمة والجديدة على مدى ساعتين قبل أن يختم فضل الحفل الذي امتد حتى ساعات الصباح .

يذكر أن هيفاء ستصور إعلانًا لدار “كلوي فيتون” في بيت “لوي فيتون” في باريس.

According to the London daily Elaph, the romantic Lebanese artist Fadl Shaker recently performed in Tunisia at the Carthage, Al Manister and Binzart musical festivals.

But many of his Tunisian fans were disappointed by his performances.

Fans what attended the Binzart musical festival claimed that Fadel gave a weak performance. Fadel’s performance lasted less than an hour and many fans claimed that he was in hurry to leave the concert to perform at a private party.

He mostly sang songs by other famous artists, further disappointing his fans.

Critics said that he looked ‘cold’ and ‘sleepy’ during his performance, and even suggested that he might retire.

At a later press conference Fadel said, “Yes it is true, I will retire from singing soon.”

مجددا أكد المطرب اللبناني فضل شاكر أنه لا رجعة على الإطلاق في القرار الأخير الذي اتخذه باعتزاله الغناء بعد انتهاء عقده مع شركة روتانا الذي تبقى منه أربع سنوات، رافضاً في حواره مع برنامج تاراتاتا على قناة دبي الكشف عن الأسباب التي دعتها لاتخاذ هذا القرار مكتفياً بالقول إن راحته فوق أي اعتبار وهو ما دفعع الكثيرين للتساؤل عن الأسباب الحقيقية التي دفعت النجم الذي يضفي قلة تواجده الإعلامي المزيد من الغموض حوله لاتخاذ هذا القرار.

إلا أن المقربين من فضل أو ملك الإحساس كما يحلو لجمهوره أن يناديه يؤكدون أن المعارك العديدة التي خاضها فضل طوال مشواره الفني وكثرة الصراعات أرهقته بشدة خاصة، وأن من النوع الهادئ الذي يعشق الحياة في صمت وهدوء بعيداً عن أي منغصات أو خناقات وصراعات فنية تعكر صفو عالمه الخاص لذا وضع خطوطاً حمراء كثيرة في حياته الفنية.

ونفي فضل وجود أي خلافات بينه وبين شركة روتانا مؤكداً اعتزازه الشديد بها لأنها الشركة الأضخم عربياً مشيراً إلى أنه ليس مطرباً مدللاً للشركة وأن العلاقة بين الطرفين ترتكز على الاحترام المتبادل .

Lebanese superstar Fadl Shaker has denied rumors that he was involved in a car accident while visiting Monoco, thus forcing him to cancel all singing performances for the remainder of the summer season.

According to the London daily Elaph, Fadel’s manager announced that Fadl is doing well and also denied the accident, yet confirmed that Fadel had canceled some of his performances in Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. He said that Fadel became ill in Monico while performing, and his doctors advised him to cancel his performances.

Fadel will start his concert tour in Tunisia next week, where he will host four concerts, including the Carthage music festival. After finishing his summer tour Fadel will return to Beirut to work on his upcoming album to be released during the “Eid Al Fiter” (Muslim holiday after Ramadan) season.

Life re-entered the center of Beirut last week with the new celebration called “The Center of Beirut Stars.”

The first night featured live concerts held by superstars Nawal Al Zoghbi and Ragheb Alameh.

The second night the adorable singer Nancy Ajram and singer Fadel Shaker performed. Nancy sang the song “Lebanon.”

The festival was held by the ‘Solidare’ Company and sponsored by the Middle East Bank. The aim of the event was to re-attract tourists to Lebanon.

According to the London daily Elaph, Nancy said that she was very pleased to participate in the event and she congratulated Lebanon and the Lebanese people. Nancy has not sung in her beloved country since New Years Eve.

Nancy also said that she is happy to be home and hopes that Lebanon will be prosperous once more.

Nancy’s upcoming album will be in stores within a month. She has not decided on a name for the new album. She is getting ready to film a video clip for a song from the new album with the Lebanese director Saeed Al Marouq.

As for her upcoming concerts, Nancy says that since Lebanon is safe once again she will be touring in various towns in Lebanon and hosting concerts.

The summer season will be a busy time for Nancy. She will travel to Syria, Jordan, the Gulf States, Tunisia, Morocco, Egypt and Europe to hold concerts.

Mariam Fares was recently in Libya where she held a special concert alongside prominent singer Fadel Shaker on August 21.

After the concert, Mariam returned to Lebanon to place the final touches on her upcoming music video “Wahishni Aih” (I Miss You), soon to be released.

Mariam has resumed her regular schedule of performances now that the war between Israel and Lebanon has ended. The singer cancelled all prescheduled concerts during the conflict out of respect for the Lebanese people.

The first concert Mariam held was in Egypt and a portion of the proceeds went directly to help Lebanese civilians affected by the war.

According to the London based Elaph, Mariam had to leave Lebanon when the war broke out due to her younger sister’s reaction to the bombing close to their home. Mariam returned to Lebanon after the war ended to see her family.
